Sisley, the French luxurious cosmetic brand, has launched its online store for British consumers, the company informed via its social media accounts.The store, which comes as the brand’s third online venture after the American and French platforms, offers a full range of Sisley’s skincare and make-up products, and a 14 day return policy.
As for now, British customers are offered two delivery options: standard (3 – 5 working days), which will be free if an order exceeds £100, and next day delivery at £11 charge. All orders placed on sisley-paris.com/en-GB/ will be delivered in a special box or Sisley-print pouch. The company will also offer a free gift-wrap option.
To help its online customers with their future purchases, Sisley offers them a catalog of free samples. For each purchase they choose up to four samples (depending on the order’s value), and the chosen samples are delivered with the order.
Sisley, founded in 1976, is currently marketed in over 90 countries through a network of select beauty chains, and controls the majority of its distribution through a network of approx. 30 subsidiaries.
The brand is present in the world’s finest department stores and perfumeries. It also maintains a strong relationship with its retailers and trains its sales staff to ensure satisfaction for the men and women who use or wish to discover the products, the company writes on its site.
Sisley’s products are mostly manufactured in France, and its research and development laboratories are located just outside Paris. The company, which employs 4,000 people worldwide, estimates that 85% of its turnover comes from exports.
